50 new cases of Covid-19 were registered on Sunday, as 51 people recovered from the virus.

The number of active cases stands at 635. No new deaths were reported.

Up until now, 795,566 Covid-19 vaccine doses have been administered, of which 413,174 were first doses. 412,002 people are fully vaccinated.

The total number of Covid-19 cases in the country since the start of the pandemic stands at 36,089, of which 34,618 had recovered. 440 people have died.

Currently, there are 27 Covid positive patients at Mater Dei Hospital, two of whom are in the ITU.

3,278 swab tests were carried out on Saturday, bringing the total of such tests up to 1,184,836.
