A man was injured on Thursday evening after he was hit by a care in Sliema, the police said.
The accident took place at the Strand at 8pm.
The pedestrian, a 21-year-old from Safi, was hit by a Jaguar XJ driven by a 63-year-old man of Sliema.
He was taken to hospital with grievous injuries.
