With reference to your article, ‘President's former spokesperson wins €14,300 in compensation for dismissal’ it needs to be clarified that without going into the merits of the particular court ruling, it should be stated that Principal Permanent Secretary Mr Mario Cutajar never testified in this case. Furthermore this particular case was never referred to him neither by the person in question nor by the relevant department which processed her contract of work. Mr Cutajar became aware of the case when it ended up in court.
