Former Labour Minister Evarist Bartolo writes today that there is still a lot of work to be done to implement the recommendations of the Public Inquiry into the assassination of Daphne Caruana Galizia.

The fifth anniversary of the murder, he writes in his column for The Malta Independent today, should at least serve as a wake-up call to carry out the necessary work for the sake of good governance and democracy.
