A woman was grievously injured on Saturday morning following a traffic accident in Marsaskala, the police said.
The accident involved a Honda Fit driven by a 44-year-old woman of Zejtun and a BMW 118 driven by a 21-year-old man of Marsaskala.
The woman was taken to hospital with grievous injuries.
The accident took place in Sant'Antnin Road, at 11am.
