A 31-year-old Libyan resident at Gzira was walking on his own when a car with three men inside stopped nearby. Two of the men, one of them armed with a pointed instrument, got out of the car, beat up the man and stole his money.
The attackers fled in the same car. The Libyan was taken to hospital, where he was found
to be suffering from slight injuries. The Sliema police are investigating.
