Rock band Dripht has released its latest single Old Times Gone Astray. This is the fourth single to be released from Dripht’s Global Warning EP, following the previous release of Rocking to Resist, Guy on TV and Dance Music for Depression.
Old Times Gone Astray was composed by Dripht and is an up-tempo rocker with an alternative feel. The song was produced by David Vella at Temple Studios.
Dripht were the special guests of Xtruppaw and performed live at the latter’s debut CD launch on Friday at Luxol. Batteries Not Included also played on the night. Dripht will be playing live at the Gaiafest Festival at the Gaia Organic Farm in Ghajn Tuffieha on Friday 23 June together with Particle Blue.
Dripht was also featured on two compilations released by Reciprocal Records, namely the official Broadband Gathering DVD and the official Festahwid CD, which was launched at Naasha Event Lounge, San Gwann,yesterday, with a live performance by The I Skandal and a DJ set by Woody Aki.
Dripht is made up of Nick Morales (vocals, guitar); Mike Briguglio (drums); Il-Fre (bass); Daniel il-Flambu (guitar).
