The Malta Transport Authority has notified that, with effect from Monday, work will be carried out at the Erba’ Mwiezeb roundabout junction between St Paul’s Bay Bypass, Burmarrad Road, Mosta Road and Kennedy Drive.

To this end, vehicular traffic from Burmarrad will be allowed to either turn left towards the St Paul’s Bay Bypass or drive straight towards Mosta Road, St Paul’s Bay.

Vehicular traffic coming from Mosta Road, St Paul’s Bay will be allowed to pass through Erba Mwiezeb Road, either towards Kennedy Drive or towards Burmarrad Road.

Vehicular traffic coming from Kennedy Drive will be allowed to either turn left towards Burmarrad Road or turn right onto Mosta Road towards St Paul’s Bay.

Vehicular traffic will not be permitted to directly access St Paul’s Bay Bypass, in the direction towards Xemxija, from Kennedy Drive side. Consequently, vehicular traffic from Kennedy Drive in the direction towards Xemxija will be through Mosta Road, Parades Road, St Paul’s Road onto Olympic Grove (Xemxija roundabout).

Erba’ Mwiezeb Road will be temporarily changed from two-way to one-way in the direction from Xemxija to Qawra.

Public transport will not be affected.
