Dhalia Real Estate Services have launched Malta’s first Property Locator iPhone Application. This tool will help customers find and access the property they are looking for, in a faster and more convenient manner.

“All iPhones have a GPS locator,” Alan Grima, Dhalia’s Chief Information Officer, explains. “Our iPhone App reads this data and can actually display available properties within your immediate location, thereby providing an innovative geo-located search. In this way, if you find an area you like, you can immediately see if there is any property for sale or to rent in the vicinity “We have also included a loan calculator, email listing and the ability for users to request a call back from one of our experienced sales consultants.” added Mr Grima.

The Dhalia Property Search iPhone App has been developed in association with 2I Limited and can be downloaded for free from the App Store. It possesses all of the features of the search interface on Dhalia’s website. Thus you can look for properties by locality, price range or even by reference number. The App also allows you to save your favourite properties for later viewing.
