Three bendy-buses no longer in use caught fire this morning in San Gwann.

The cause of the fire is still unknown.

The buses were being kept in a scrapyard.

A plume of black smoke was seen from several parts of the island.

The fire has now been controlled.

Bendy-buses which were in use a few years ago had been removed from the roads because their size was causing disruptions on the roads.
