The Nationalist Party said that its analysis showed that 44% of the voters had cast their vote by 2pm, and not 40% as the Electoral Commission was saying.

The PN said that it had informed the commission about the matter.

The 143,628 voters mentioned by the commission in its statement, from the total of 355,075, voted today. But another 15,289 voted early, which takes the total to 44.8% of the eligible voters.

The official turnout published by the commission is wrong, the PN said, requesting it to correct its figures.
